Description
Cracker dust, also known as crusher dust, is produced from the crushing of blue metal aggregate during the quarrying process.
It is commonly used as a base for artificial lawns and best for the base of outdoor paving.
When compacted it creates a secure base whilst still allowing for good drainage.
This material is primarily used as a levelling and compacting agent for construction projects such as pathways, driveways, and roads, since, due to its ability to bind well, crusher dust creates a stable base that prevents shifting, erosion, and weed growth.
